Why I Choose My Major?

　Why do I choose my major? –Information Management.
　At first, what is Information Management? We may say it is a department which is related with technology and business; we have to learn some programming skills and a little bit knowledge of commercial. And why do I choose this as my major? Let me talk about my early time.
　When I was a junior high school student, I had addicted in on-line game. I used to go to net cafe staying there over 4 hours a day that time. If I was in vacation, I might spent whole my day on it. Nevertheless, I've never go there anymore after grandfather buy a computer for us -- me and siblings. I can't judge whether if buy a computer is a good choice or not. Because I had spent more time in playing on-line game, and never worried about my examination for high school. This is negative influence, but on the other side, something good come to me in the same time. I'd dreamed of being a programmer. Because I’m not satisfied with the game, I want to change them to the better one. The only way of doing this is being a programmer.
　By doing so, I'd choose department of data processing in vocational high school. And by enthusiasm for being programmer, I'd made a lot of effort on programming. Fortunately, I got some awards in my school and took part in inter-school competition finally. Besides, the best thing is that I'd met a lot of good teachers in my high school time, so that I could get a well score in examination for college.
　These matters may make a little bit digression. But when I thought why I choose my major in the beginning of this article. I traced back my past time as you see. I found out that “what things you done” and “who you met” is the cause of your decision indeed.

About me

　Hi everyone, My name is Trick. Perhaps you will curious about what I use this word as my name. In beginning of I learning English, I'd choose Terry as my name in class, so I use this name --Terry for a period. But I loved Rick's pronunciation which is a role's name in a PC game long time ago. So you guess right. I change my name to Rick. Then, in my high school time I found out that I'm fascinated in some funny stuff. Such as meta-physics, logics, something works behind. I has loved "essence", but if you just take a look not very deeply, you will be confused about them. In fact, you may see a "trick". (:D) By accident, I use initial word in Terry --T, and combined it with Rick, I got Trick as my name.
　I'm glad to be taking this course this semester. My major is Information Management. But please don't ask me about computer problems, it has also bothered me for a long time. (just kidding :D)
　My hobbies is reading literature, listening musics and riding motorbike. I was keen on riding in my fresher time. In that time, I'd averagely rode nearly 100km in a month.
　About musics, I love Brit-pop. but any rock type I will give a try. My favorite artist is Radiohead, Muse, Damien Rice, Jarvis Cocker, Kent, Travis, and so on. By the way, Post-rock is worth to try, for example: Mogwai.
　In the end, it is about literature. This is most important thing in my life. So if you had read Hsia-Yu, Haruki Murakami, Gabriel García Márquez, Truman Garcia Capote, Franz Kafka, I'd welcome you talk with me.
